At home workout videos I love.
My son, Braxton, is 15 months now and I am still working on where I want to be fitness-wise. It is going to be a life long thing for me, I mean it's not like you work out and lose the weight forever, you have to always be working on it. It is a workout lifestyle you have to create for yourself if you want to achieve and maintain your fitness goals.
What has helped me the most with working out is reminding myself that I am not just working out to lose weight, I am working out to feel strong. Just telling myself that gets me motivated. I also think about the kind of mom I want to be, and I want to be the kind of mom that keeps up with my son.
Anyways, the point of this blog is to share with you my workout routine and videos I have liked on youtube. I have been working out during my son's first nap at 10 AM 5 days a week, one day a week I go on a run around the neighborhood. I recently cleaned out my garage and made a little workout area for myself. I have two 10-pound dumbells, two 24 pound dumbells, and a 25-pound kettlebell. I do wish I had smaller weights in both the dumbells and kettlebells, but everywhere is sold out so I am working with what I got.

Watching videos helps me so much, I am really into lifting, so this helps me know what I should be doing. I type what I want to focus on in youtube and pick one. The above videos are what I have been focusing on. I have been doing an ab video after each initial workout video I choose.
